About Stacklist
Stacklist is a social curation platform where businesses build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, and hospitality businesses. We're a small, fast-growing team backed by angel investors — currently onboarding 200+ real estate agents onto the platform.
The Role
You'll build and maintain client hubs on Stacklist. That means researching local markets, creating stacks, writing card descriptions, sourcing content, and making sure every hub is polished and genuinely useful for the client's customers.
This is detail-oriented, creative work. You'll research neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, attractions, and turn that into well-organized collections that make businesses look like trusted local experts. You'll manage your own queue of client builds and keep them on schedule.
What You'll Do
Build client hubs from scratch: research their area, create stacks by topic, add cards with descriptions, photos, and links
Evaluate a client's existing content and online presence to determine what belongs in their hub
Write clear, helpful card descriptions that add real context — not generic filler
Manage your own build queue, track progress, and flag blockers
Research local businesses, neighborhoods, and services to populate stacks with useful recommendations
Maintain and refresh existing hubs with updated content
Seed content on Reddit, forums, and social channels to drive visibility to client hubs
Follow SOPs for hub setup and suggest improvements as you learn what works
Who This Is For
Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality
Strong researcher who can quickly learn about a new city or industry
Solid English writer — clear, natural, helpful descriptions
Comfortable working independently across multiple client projects
Good taste: knows the difference between a sloppy collection and a well-curated one
