About Stacklist
Stacklist is a social curation platform where businesses build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, and hospitality businesses. Small team, fast moving.
The Role
You'll build and maintain client hubs on Stacklist: researching local markets, creating stacks, writing card descriptions, sourcing content, and making sure every hub is polished and genuinely useful for the client's customers.
This is detail-oriented, creative work. You'll research neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, and attractions, then turn that into well-organized collections that make a business look like a trusted local expert. You'll own your build queue and keep it on schedule.

Rate: $6/hour
Hours: 40 per week
Overlap: at least 6 hours of overlap with EST hours
Type: temporary to start, two-week trial, then we'll discuss longer-term contracts

What You'll Do
- Build client hubs from scratch: research the area, create stacks by topic, add cards with descriptions, photos, and links
- Evaluate a client's existing content and online presence to determine what belongs in their hub
- Write clear, specific card descriptions that add real context, not generic filler
- Manage your own build queue, track progress, and flag blockers early
- Research local businesses, neighborhoods, and services to populate stacks
- Refresh and maintain existing hubs as information changes
- Follow our SOPs and suggest improvements as you learn what works
- Target pace: roughly 10 hubs per week once ramped

- Strong researcher who can get up to speed on a new city or industry quickly
- Excellent written English: clear, natural, helpful
- Comfortable working independently across several client projects
- Good taste: knows the difference between a sloppy collection and a well-curated one
On AI tools
We're looking for candidates who actively use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools daily. Not people who have used them occasionally, but people who understand how to leverage AI to work faster and smarter.
