About Stacklist

Stacklist is a social curation platform where businesses build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, and hospitality businesses. We're a small, fast-growing team backed by angel investors, currently onboarding 200+ real estate agents onto the platform.

The Role

You'll join our Client Success team, working directly with our Head of Client Success to keep our book of live clients healthy, engaged, and growing. Once a client's hub is built and delivered, Success owns the relationship: tracking client health, making sure recurring updates happen on schedule, re-engaging clients who go quiet, and spotting the ones ready to upgrade.

This is organized, judgment-heavy work. You'll live in our roster and project boards, keep client records accurate and current, prepare for client review calls, draft check-in and re-engagement messages, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are the person who always knows the state of every account.

What You'll Do

* Keep the client roster accurate: statuses, review dates, notes, and logs updated every day
* Monitor client health signals: communication, activity, and next steps
* Flag at-risk and dormant clients early, with the evidence behind the flag
* Draft client check-ins, re-engagement outreach, and follow-up messages
* Prepare for client review calls: pull the ticket history, hub links, recent changes
* Track client-requested changes through our project boards and close the loop
* Log every client touch and call outcome so the record is always complete
* Build and maintain prioritized outreach lists: who needs attention this week and why
* Follow our Success SOPs and suggest improvements as you learn what works

Who This Is For

Extremely organized: you keep clean records without being asked and nothing slips Strong English writer: clear, warm, professional client messages Good judgment: determine if a client is happy, frustrated, or drifting and what to do next Proactive: you flag problems before they become fires Comfortable working across tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, and Gmail Reliable and consistent: this role is about rhythm and follow-through, not bursts

How to Apply

!! - Do NOT submit "quick" applications on OnlineJobs.ph, we won't read them. We will only review submissions that follow this process:

1) Read this scenario:

Imagine you already have this job.

You're reviewing three clients on a Monday morning:

* Client A: a real estate agent whose hub hasn't been updated in 6 weeks. Her last email, a month ago, said "looks great, thanks!" Nothing since. * Client B: a rental manager who replied last week: "The neighborhood guide is STILL showing the old restaurant list. I mentioned this two weeks ago." * Client C: a hospitality business that has been adding lots of their own content to their hub weekly and just asked "can we get a second hub for our other property?"

2) Record a 3-5 minute Loom video where you:

* Walk us through each scenario and talk through your thinking * Tell us how you currently use AI in your work: which tools, real examples * Tell us what other tools you're comfortable working in (project management, CRMs, docs, email, anything relevant)

We review your work, not your resume.

Show us your judgment, your writing, your attention to detail, and how you think.
